🇫🇷 Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

We are representing a confidential EdTech client seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to join their team in Paris. This is a unique opportunity to work on conversion optimization, funnel design, and growth experimentation for a platform focused on personal development and learning at scale.

Our client combines behavioral science, technology, and AI to create personalized learning experiences. They're building something ambitious in the online education space, and they need someone who can turn insights into measurable growth through rapid experimentation.

Responsibilities

As Growth Manager, you will:

• Design and ship A/B tests independently – Build, launch, and analyze conversion experiments on headlines, pricing, offers, and user flows without waiting for design or dev resources
• Leverage AI tools daily – Use Claude Code and automation platforms (n8n/Make) to generate assets, build prompt pipelines, create scripts, and accelerate iteration speed
• Build conversion assets hands-on – Create landing pages in Webflow, set up tracking, wire automations, and ensure funnels work before scaling
• Hunt friction points – Proactively audit user journeys, identify drop-off points, propose fixes, and ship tests immediately
• Analyze data rigorously – Work in GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, and Clarity to find insights, kill vanity metrics, and ensure learnings compound over time
• Optimize growth loops – Test acquisition angles, contribute to retention and referral strategies, and bring data-backed briefs to content teams

You'll own KPIs including LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates by stage, and weekly experiment velocity. Tools include GA4, Webflow, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and others as needed.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped tests, landing pages, automations, or audiences you've built yourself
• Daily use of AI tools to create leverage and solve complex problems

Skills & Mindset:

• Builder mentality – You execute, not just strategize. You can ideate, design, and launch experiments yourself
• Data fluency – You read cohort charts, distinguish results from coincidence, and make decisions with data
• Bias to action – You ship scrappy v1s today rather than perfect plans next quarter
• Curiosity – You dig relentlessly into user behavior until you uncover insights
• Agility – You turn insights into tests within hours or days, not weeks

Language Requirements:

• French: Native or bilingual proficiency required
• English: Fluent for collaboration with international team members
