Product Lead – Adtech

About This Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly scaling adtech platform operating at the intersection of consumer engagement and publisher monetization. We are representing them in the search for a Product Lead to own critical growth initiatives across their rewarded advertising ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role based in Berlin for a product leader who can shape marketplace economics, experimentation frameworks, and platform integrations that drive measurable value for users, publishers, and advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete user journey for rewarded engagement experiences, from discovery and activation through repeat engagement, designing product-native flows that translate user behavior into publisher and platform value
• Shape the publisher SDK and integration platform, improving developer experience, configurability, and observability while partnering with engineering on identity, attribution, reward delivery, and fraud prevention
• Develop new monetization products that balance user experience, advertiser performance, publisher revenue, and contribution margin through pricing, segmentation, and optimization strategies
• Lead a rigorous experimentation portfolio using holdouts and causal measurement to isolate incremental value, defining primary metrics, guardrails, and clear scale/stop decisions
• Work directly with major mobile publishers to lead product launches, translate feedback into scalable decisions, and build trusted reporting frameworks

What We're Looking For

• Senior product experience in mobile adtech, publisher monetization, rewarded advertising, mobile gaming monetization, or related marketplace environments
• Proven ownership of consumer product experiences involving rewards, onboarding, retention, progression, or monetization mechanics
• Track record shipping SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or technically complex partner integrations
• Direct responsibility for revenue, pricing, yield, gross margin, advertiser performance, or similar economic outcomes
• Strong grasp of marketplace economics and how incentive structures affect multi-sided platform participants
• Deep hands-on experience with experimentation design, holdouts, selection bias mitigation, and causal measurement techniques
• Comfort collaborating with data science teams on ranking algorithms, pricing models, or optimization systems
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or publishing partners
• Founder experience, hyper-growth scaling (50–200+ headcount), or mobile gaming/advertising background strongly preferred
