Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mid-sized technology organization in Stuttgart seeking a part-time HR Manager to serve as the heart of their people operations. In this role, you will champion employee wellbeing and shape workplace culture during an exciting growth phase.

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary advocate for all employees, serving in a "Feel Good Manager" capacity that prioritizes team member satisfaction and engagement
• Managing employee recognition programs including birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, and milestone acknowledgments
• Administering employee wellness initiatives such as fitness subsidies and health-related benefits
• Conducting regular one-on-one conversations with team members to understand their needs and provide coaching support
• Creating and maintaining a positive work environment through continuous dialogue and relationship-building
• Leading recruitment efforts through job platforms and exploring creative sourcing strategies to attract talent
• Enhancing employer branding to position our client as an attractive workplace
• Managing administrative HR functions including personnel file maintenance, preparation for performance conversations, and pension plan administration
• Collaborating with office management to organize quarterly team events, seasonal celebrations, and team-building activities
