Product Owner (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in their search for a Product Owner to join their team in Berlin. Our client specializes in digital transformation projects, working with organizations to develop and implement solutions that deliver real value.

In this role, you will shape digital products, processes, and solutions from concept through implementation. You'll own the product vision, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and bring together business units, IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners. The approach is pragmatic—using whatever methodology truly works for each situation.

Responsibilities

• Digital Solution Design & Development: Develop ideas and target visions for digital products and processes; structure and prioritize requirements; guide solutions from conception through launch and ongoing evolution
• Project Management & Implementation: Plan and coordinate IT and digitalization projects; maintain oversight of goals, timelines, quality, and resources; create transparency around progress, dependencies, and open decisions; ensure concepts become functional solutions
• Requirements & Stakeholder Management: Capture, challenge, and structure requirements; moderate differing interests and drive decisions; support change management and help anchor new processes within the organization
• Advisory & Knowledge Transfer: Support evaluation and selection of digital solutions and technologies; assist with procurement processes when needed; prepare complex topics in accessible formats; enable users through workshops, training, and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in digital projects, IT projects, product development, or comparable roles with direct ownership
• Strong understanding of users, processes, and technical relationships
• Ability to structure complexity and drive decisions forward
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)
• High willingness to travel (50% presence required at a location in Würzburg)
• Experience working in agile and traditional project frameworks, with the judgment to apply the right approach for each context
