Art Director / Grafikdesigner offline und online (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food manufacturing organization seeking an Art Director / Graphic Designer to lead creative development across digital and print channels. In this role, you will:

• Create high-quality folders, brochures, labels, and graphics that meet demanding design standards
• Produce original illustrations using professional graphic tablets and display devices
• Develop creative content for websites, social media channels, and e-commerce platforms
• Write compelling headlines and social media copy in German and English
• Design packaging materials for both consumer and B2B product lines
• Adapt and refine sales and promotional materials across multiple touchpoints
• Perform advanced image editing and generate print-ready production files
• Leverage AI tools alongside traditional design software to push creative boundaries

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or vocational training in Graphic Design
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house creative role
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with After Effects or similar animation tools for social and web content
• Strong command of typography, composition, and visual storytelling with exceptionally high creative standards
• Proven ability to produce print-ready files and manage production workflows for print, web, and social media
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in execution
• Conceptual thinker with strong aesthetic sensibility and self-motivation
• Service-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure and enthusiasm for ambitious challenges
• Fluent German and good English, written and spoken
