Product Manager Integration (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential payment technology organization seeking a Product Manager Integration to join their team in Martinsried, Germany. In this role, you will shape the technical integration of payment products and services, working at the intersection of product management, IT, and client relationships. You'll take ownership of the complete project lifecycle, developing integration concepts that deliver both technical excellence and business value in a dynamic payment environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration projects for national and international clients from conception through successful go-live
• Lead technical integration of PSP services, POS solutions, SoftPOS applications, and other payment products into client infrastructure
• Develop and maintain integration roadmaps ensuring structured advancement of existing services
• Support the development and enhancement of cloud-based integration services, introducing new technologies
• Coordinate collaboration between clients, product management, IT teams, and internal/external partners to ensure successful requirement implementation
• Drive end-to-end responsibility for complex integration projects across multiple platforms

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or comparable technical qualification
• Minimum four years of experience in technical product management, project management, or software/system integration
• Strong technical knowledge of integration methods across Windows, Android, Linux, and host systems
• Experience implementing complex integration projects from technical perspective
• Payment industry experience is highly advantageous, particularly with payment providers, POS terminals, SoftPOS solutions, or protocols such as ZVT
• High self-motivation, analytical strength, and structured, cooperative working style
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Strong ownership mentality with end-to-end project accountability
