Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing both strategic guidance and day-to-day operational support
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining seamless communication between customers and internal teams, addressing concerns efficiently and identifying revenue opportunities
• Proactively identify growth potential within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand client success
• Create customized digital media strategies based on client briefs that align with business objectives and campaign goals
• Utilize media planning tools to build precise, effective media plans for campaign execution
• Apply expertise across digital media channels to select optimal platforms and ad formats for each campaign
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable, client-focused recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media planning and client management
• Proven track record in cross-media campaign development and execution
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a persuasive, authentic style
• Highly organized work approach with strong attention to detail and accountability
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and business-level English
• Proactive mindset with commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaborative teamwork
