Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy with operations across Germany. For their insurance brokerage administration function, we are seeking a qualified administrator to support regulatory compliance under § 34d GewO.
In this role, you will ensure structured processing, complete documentation, and reliable communication with insurance carriers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining insurance documentation and contract data
- Supporting the processing of applications, amendments, and contracts
- Ensuring complete and compliant documentation practices
- Communicating with insurance companies and internal contacts
- Maintaining relevant data in company systems
- Providing organizational and administrative support for activities regulated under § 34d GewO
What We're Looking For
Our client requires a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:
- IHK certification demonstrating successful completion of the professional knowledge examination for insurance brokerage according to § 34d GewO
- Experience in insurance brokerage, the insurance industry, or administrative support roles
- Meticulous, structured, and responsible approach to work
- Confident handling of confidential data and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with digital applications and Microsoft 365
- Excellent German language skills; English is advantageous
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to reliable collaboration
