This role sits at the heart of our financial planning operations, bridging client relationships with our advisory team. As a Financial Planning Client Administrator at Evelyn Partners, you'll manage the administrative backbone of client interactions, ensuring smooth delivery of our financial planning services. Working remotely from anywhere, you'll remain closely integrated with our London-based practice, handling everything from initial client onboarding through ongoing account administration across our diverse client base.

What You'll Do

• Manage client documentation and file administration for financial planning cases
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications between clients and financial planners
• Prepare client reports, statements, and supporting documentation
• Process client requests and data updates in line with compliance and operational procedures
• Support the delivery of financial planning reviews and strategy sessions
• Maintain accurate records and databases for client portfolios and planning information
• Handle general enquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support to the planning team

• Proven experience in financial services administration or a similar client-facing role
