Cirrus Asset Management is hiring a full-time Painter Technician in Honolulu, HI, to deliver quality painting services for residential and general business clients across the island.

About the Role

As a Painter Technician at Cirrus Asset Management, you'll perform interior and exterior painting work on residential and commercial properties throughout Honolulu. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and professional craftsmanship directly impact client satisfaction and project success. You'll work independently and as part of a team, managing timelines while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, priming, and caulking to ensure proper paint adhesion and durability
• Apply interior and exterior paint using brush, roller, and spray equipment with precision and efficiency
• Select appropriate paint types, finishes, and colors based on client specifications and project requirements
• Inspect completed work for quality, coverage, uniformity, and adherence to project standards
• Maintain and properly clean painting equipment, tools, and work areas daily
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and addressing concerns
• Follow all safety protocols, industry best practices, and OSHA guidelines on job sites

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter Technician or equivalent painting background
• Proficiency with painting tools and equipment including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and power washers
• Strong knowledge of paint types, finishes, primers, and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret color specifications, blueprints, and project instructions
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and professional craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfort working safely at heights and on ladders when required
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong customer service skills
