Founders Associate – Spanish Speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential multi-venture organization seeking a strategic Founder's Associate to work directly with executive leadership. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to drive execution across diverse business lines including real estate, hospitality, and SaaS platforms. Spanish fluency is essential for this position based in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across multiple business ventures
• Translate executive-level concepts into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Design and implement scalable operational systems, standard operating procedures, and process playbooks
• Build and maintain centralized operations hubs and knowledge management systems
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track business performance and operational metrics
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and partnerships
• Remove operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows through automation and process improvements
• Act as a trusted operational partner to executive leadership, managing priorities and ensuring follow-through
• Support the launch and scaling of new ventures and product initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Background in consulting, startup operations, strategy, or venture-backed companies highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience building SOPs, operational systems, or documentation frameworks
• Self-starter mindset with proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities
• Experience with AI tools for productivity and automation
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Notion or similar documentation systems, Slack, and automation tools like Zapier
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or short-term rental operations is a plus
• Familiarity with property management platforms is beneficial
