Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize return on investment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop customized paid media strategies
• Provide regular campaign performance updates and comprehensive reporting
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand standards and campaign goals
• Conduct A/B testing to refine creative assets and improve overall campaign effectiveness
• Set, manage, and optimize advertising budgets to achieve specified objectives
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across campaigns
• Utilize analytics tools to extract actionable insights and recommend data-driven optimizations
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging paid media platforms

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Paid Ads Marketing Expert or similar digital marketing role
• In-depth knowledge of major advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable objectives
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred)
• Experience with e-commerce or B2B marketing campaigns (preferred)
• Familiarity with additional paid media channels beyond major platforms (preferred)
