Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
  • Lead, develop, and manage a direct sales team to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Establish and nurture key merchant partnerships and client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through targeted prospecting
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams
  • Represent Xplor in client meetings and strategic sales initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated leadership in direct sales, enterprise account management, or related B2B sales roles
  • Experience building and scaling effective sales teams
  • Background in merchant sales, enterprise sales, or similar B2B sales environments
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales metrics and forecasting
  • Comfort leading remotely while managing and motivating a geographically distributed team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or equivalent professional experience
