Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification through closing and beyond—focusing on building strategic partnerships with merchants and business partners who depend on our payment solutions. Working remotely, you'll engage with prospects across diverse industries, understand their business challenges, and position Xplor's offerings as the catalyst to transform their payments operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify sales leads within your assigned areas of focus
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect pain points
  • Develop targeted sales proposals and negotiate contract terms to close deals
  • Drive toward revenue targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Nurture customer relationships and identify expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Track sales activities and forecasts accurately using CRM and sales tools

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven success in enterprise or mid-market software or services sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
  • Self-motivated, disciplined professional who thrives working independently in a remote environment
  • Consultative selling mindset with deep customer empathy
  • Background in payments, fintech, or merchant services is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
