Account Executive

Xplor is hiring a full-time Account Executive to build client relationships and drive revenue growth in a remote sales role serving Fresno, CA and beyond. Join our team and help businesses succeed with innovative payment and software solutions.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the sales process from prospecting through closing. Working remotely while based in or near Fresno, CA, you'll identify new merchant clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear value. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and driving long-term relationships that fuel revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within your sales territory
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with merchant sales teams to deliver seamless onboarding and implementation
• Maintain organized records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in our CRM
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven sales or account executive experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet goals in a fully remote environment
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales management software
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals
• Interest in or experience with payment processing, merchant services, or fintech solutions
