Account Executive

Xplor seeks a full-time Account Executive to join our sales team in a remote role serving the San Jose, CA market and surrounding areas. You'll drive enterprise revenue growth, cultivate key business relationships, and deliver customer success in a dynamic sales environment.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle for your assigned territory. You'll identify high-potential prospects, conduct discovery conversations, develop customized solutions, and navigate complex negotiations to close deals. This role combines strategic account planning with hands-on sales execution, where your ability to understand customer needs directly translates to revenue growth and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within your territory to build a strong pipeline
• Develop targeted account strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to decision-makers
• Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts to successful closure
• Forecast revenue accurately, track pipeline metrics, and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation
• Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and provide regular pipeline updates

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Account Executive or enterprise sales experience
• Proven ability to close large-value deals and manage complex sales pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Self-directed professional comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
• Experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales is preferred
