Account Executive

About This Position

You'll drive revenue by managing every stage of the sales process—prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closure. In this role, you'll interact directly with business decision-makers to understand their challenges, demonstrate the value of Xplor's offerings, and build partnerships that deliver lasting impact. You'll work independently, set your own pace, and be accountable for your results in a fully remote environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify merchant leads to build a healthy pipeline
• Conduct needs-based assessments and product demonstrations
• Develop custom proposals and business cases for prospective clients
• Negotiate contract terms and close agreements
• Maintain accurate forecasts and deliver performance metrics
• Coordinate hand-off to implementation and customer success teams
• Uncover growth opportunities and drive account expansion
• Represent Xplor with professionalism and integrity in all dealings

• Proven success in enterprise or mid-market software or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to learn complex products quickly and explain value to customers
• Self-motivated approach to working independently and managing your time
