ServiceNow Architect HAM

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential government contractor supporting a major Department of Defense IT modernization initiative. As the ServiceNow Architect specializing in Hardware Asset Management, you will design, implement, and govern the end-to-end HAM solution within the ServiceNow platform. You will architect scalable asset management frameworks that support enterprise-level hardware tracking, procurement, lifecycle management, and disposal processes. Your work will directly impact mission-critical IT infrastructure across a large federal organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HAM modules with CMDB, ITSM, and procurement workflows. You will establish governance standards, define best practices, and ensure compliance with federal asset management regulations. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect with proven expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module implementation
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, ITSM, and integration capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to design and govern enterprise-scale asset management solutions
• Experience working with federal government clients or Department of Defense programs strongly preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HAM) or Certified System Architect credential highly valued
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance for government work
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
• Strategic mindset with attention to compliance, governance, and long-term scalability
