About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential insurance organization seeking a Pricing & Rating Analyst/Developer with Property & Casualty insurance expertise. This is a 6-month engagement based onsite in San Antonio, TX (Fort Sam Houston area).
Our client values professionals who can apply deep insurance domain knowledge to pricing and rating functions, particularly within the P&C Auto space. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical and development skills in a mission-critical insurance operation.
Responsibilities
- Apply Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge to pricing and rating initiatives
- Develop and maintain rating structures with emphasis on Auto insurance products
- Analyze pricing models and recommend improvements based on business requirements
- Translate insurance business requirements into technical rating solutions
- Collaborate with actuarial and product teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Support regulatory compliance in pricing and rating activities
What We're Looking For
- Required: Property & Casualty insurance experience with strong understanding of rating and pricing principles
- Preferred: Auto insurance domain expertise to accelerate onboarding and requirements comprehension
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex insurance products
- Development or technical configuration experience in insurance rating systems
- Strong communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX for the contract duration
