About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential enterprise organization seeking a hands-on AWS Cloud Platform Engineer. This role focuses on operating and improving a multi-account AWS landing zone at the platform layer. You will work with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, account provisioning, governance policies, identity management, networking, security controls, and reusable infrastructure automation.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain an enterprise AWS landing zone across multiple accounts
- Manage AWS Organizations and Control Tower configurations
- Provision and govern AWS accounts following organizational standards
- Implement and enforce governance policies and security controls
- Design and maintain networking architecture across the platform
- Build reusable infrastructure automation
- Manage identity and access management at the platform level
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience working within complex, multi-account AWS environments
- Strong understanding of AWS Organizations and Control Tower
- Experience with account provisioning and governance frameworks
- Knowledge of AWS networking, security controls, and identity management
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and automation tools
- Platform engineering mindset focused on enabling teams through reliable, scalable infrastructure
