Join Xplor as an Account Executive in our Merchant Sales division, based in Bryan, Texas, and work remotely to build and expand client relationships across the United States. What This Role Involves

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle, from identifying qualified prospects to closing enterprise and mid-market deals. You'll work with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how Xplor's solutions deliver measurable results. Your work will be fast-paced and directly tied to impact—every conversation and proposal you create moves the needle on both client success and company growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads within assigned territories or verticals, using a consultative approach tailored to each prospect's industry
  • Build comprehensive pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and partner referrals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and create customized proposals that connect to client business outcomes
  • Navigate complex B2B sales cycles, working cross-functionally with implementation, product, and customer success teams to advance deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and report on key sales metrics
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas each quarter
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with existing customers

Qualifications

  • Proven success selling enterprise or mid-market software solutions
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical value for business buyers
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong ability to quickly learn new software platforms
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team
