Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare educational materials, course documentation, and supporting resources
  • Track attendance, progress, and learning outcomes for educational initiatives
  • Respond to participant inquiries and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and files related to educational programming
  • Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of program quality and effectiveness
