Education Co-ordinator

University Health Network is hiring an Education Co-ordinator for a remote contract position. Based in Toronto, Ontario, this role involves coordinating and delivering educational programs and professional training initiatives across our academic health organization.

Position Summary

You'll serve as an Education Co-ordinator with University Health Network, overseeing the development, planning, and delivery of educational programs and learning opportunities. Working remotely, you'll manage the full lifecycle of training initiatives—from initial planning through implementation—while supporting faculty, instructors, and participants in achieving educational goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of educational programs and professional development courses
• Manage registration processes, participant communications, and logistical arrangements for training events
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and instructors to support curriculum design and educational content development
• Prepare educational materials, course documentation, and supporting resources
• Track attendance, progress, and learning outcomes for educational initiatives
• Respond to participant inquiries and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and files related to educational programming
• Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of program quality and effectiveness

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated project and organizational management capabilities
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software, databases, and standard office applications
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in educational coordination, training administration, or related fields (an asset)
• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and quality
• Comfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment
• Post-secondary qualification or equivalent relevant work experience
