Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential proptech client in their search for a Junior Accounting Manager to join their Berlin office. This is a full-time position available for immediate start or within the next four months, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Our client is in a dynamic scaling phase and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with numbers and financial operations. You'll receive structured onboarding and training while working with an international team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations for client portfolios following comprehensive onboarding and training
• Transfer accounting results to the company's digital platform and configure individual client setups
• Provide clients with clear overviews of their current accounting status and explain their financial position
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to suggest platform improvements and enhancements
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all accounting processes

What We're Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for working with numbers and financial data
• High attention to detail and careful, methodical approach to work
• Previous experience or knowledge in accounting is advantageous but not required for junior candidates
• Strong German language skills (professional working proficiency)
• Confident English communication abilities
• Interest in long-term career development within accounting and finance
