About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in the property technology sector, seeking a Product Manager to lead their German market operations. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Berlin with hybrid working arrangements.

Our client operates across multiple European markets and is experiencing strong growth. You'll own the product vision and roadmap for Germany, working closely with cross-functional teams in Berlin and internationally to deliver exceptional solutions for their platform and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy for the German market based on data, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Prioritize and own the product roadmap in close alignment with German teams
  • Collaborate with Tech, Design, AI, and Operations teams to implement roadmap initiatives
  • Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with clear rationale, context, and KPI targets
  • Coordinate product releases, communications, and cross-departmental alignment
  • Measure product success, communicate results, and derive optimization strategies
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the German market product development

What We're Looking For

  • Required: Native-level fluency in both German and French (C2 level)
  • Based in Berlin with willingness to work regularly from the office (minimum three days per week)
  • 1–4 years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily product management work for analysis, automation, and prototyping
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and capable of driving initiatives independently
  • Strong organizational skills with clear communication abilities and collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other European locations for team collaboration
