About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS scale-up in Berlin that is entering an exciting growth phase. Our talent team is searching for an Operations Manager (m/w/d) - Customer Care to drive process excellence across multiple customer care teams. This is a full-time position available for immediate start or within the next three months, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements from the Berlin office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with five customer care teams to identify process improvement opportunities and bottlenecks
- Independently implement automation initiatives and operational process changes
- Balance team efficiency objectives with high customer satisfaction outcomes
- Enable team leaders to gain deep performance insights through business intelligence tools (Looker)
- Drive continuous improvement across customer care operations during a scaling phase
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience successfully managing large-scale projects
- Naturally curious mindset with strong analytical skills to understand processes and challenges in detail
- Structured communication style with ability to engage stakeholders and involve them throughout project lifecycles
- Very strong German language skills (required for this market)
- Confident English communication abilities
- French language skills are advantageous
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage environments is valuable
