Senior Director, Launch Excellence

Sobi is hiring a Senior Director, Launch Excellence for a remote, full-time leadership position serving our Boston, MA, US base. You'll drive product launch strategy and execution, leading cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market and achieve business objectives.

What This Role Involves

In this Senior Director role, you'll own the full strategy and execution of major product launches at Sobi. You'll coordinate efforts across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure every launch achieves its revenue targets and strengthens our competitive position. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution excellence.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunity
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across sales, marketing, product, and operations functions
• Define success metrics and drive accountability for launch outcomes and revenue impact
• Identify market opportunities and risks, adjusting tactics to maximize customer adoption and competitive position
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers throughout the launch lifecycle
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, product launch, or go-to-market leadership
• Proven success leading large-scale launches and complex business initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking combined with ability to execute flawlessly under pressure
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
