Responsibilities
We are representing a well-established construction organization in the Osterburg area seeking skilled civil engineering and road construction professionals. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Construction of roads, pathways, traffic surfaces, and outdoor facilities
- Execution of earthworks, drainage systems, paving, and general civil engineering tasks
- Installing and constructing subbase layers, load-bearing courses, and surface finishes
- Operating and managing construction machinery and equipment according to your qualifications
- Supporting organization and coordination of on-site construction workflows
- For senior-level candidates: assisting site leadership with crew supervision, instruction, measurements, and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed vocational training as a road construction worker, civil engineering specialist, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in civil and road construction is preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or foreman capacity is advantageous; alternatively, willingness to pursue relevant professional development
- Strong hands-on skills and technical understanding
- Independent, reliable, and responsible work approach
- Commitment, flexibility, and strong team collaboration abilities
- Solid German language proficiency and Class B driving license required
