Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bearbeitung von Terminanfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
- Professionelles Telefonmanagement und Anrufweiterleitung
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Organisation administrativer Aufgaben
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des Praxisbetriebs
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit Patienten
Was wir suchen
- Aktuell eingeschriebener Student bzw. eingeschriebene Studentin
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Praxisorganisation oder im medizinischen Umfeld
- Aufgeschlossenheit, Freundlichkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen und am Telefonkontakt
- Gepflegtes Auftreten und professionelles Erscheinungsbild
