About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury retail organization seeking Junior Customer Service Specialists for a fixed-term contract running from October 14th, 2026, until February 28th, 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international customer service experience in a multilingual environment while working remotely from Poland.

Our client operates global business services across multiple continents, delivering high-quality support to customers worldwide. You'll be part of a diverse team handling inquiries across various channels and languages.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via email, phone, and chat channels
  • Build and nurture customer relationships by understanding needs and resolving queries efficiently
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, policies, and processes to support customer inquiries
  • Contribute to service quality improvements by identifying and submitting process enhancement suggestions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution
  • Handle sensitive customer information in full compliance with GDPR and local regulations
  • Act as a customer advocate when collaborating with internal departments

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages at B2 level or higher: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek
  • Strong customer service orientation with quick learning ability
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP and/or service management tools such as ServiceNow
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local culture of supported countries
  • Previous work experience in a virtual, multi-national setup
  • Knowledge of eCommerce business operations
