Content & SEO Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization with a strong presence across global markets. Our talent team is seeking a Content & SEO Specialist to join their LATAM operations and drive organic growth through strategic content creation and search optimization.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, SEO execution, and revenue marketing. You'll be responsible for building thought leadership content, optimizing for search visibility, and collaborating across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to educate the market and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit blog content aligned with SEO strategy and marketing funnel objectives
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimization to ensure content discoverability
• Create and manage email marketing flows for lead nurturing and institutional communications
• Develop educational market content in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams to establish thought leadership
• Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages aligned with acquisition and lead generation campaigns
• Monitor content performance metrics including organic traffic, search rankings, and engagement
• Adjust content strategy based on data-driven insights and performance analysis
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Design, and Product teams to maintain brand consistency

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or martech environments
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker (required)
• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (required)
• Fluent English proficiency (required)
• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and on-page SEO
• Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
• Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
• Practical knowledge of landing page builders and CMS tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to connect content production to business metrics

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of conversational AI or messaging automation markets
• Experience producing content for multiple Latin American markets (ES-LATAM and PT-BR)
• Additional language proficiency beyond the required languages
