Sales Representative (Remote, Wisconsin (US))

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology organization in their search for a Sales Representative to cover the Central to Southwest Arkansas region and Northeast Texas. This is a remote position based in Wisconsin, requiring significant travel throughout your assigned territory.

Our client operates in the industrial manufacturing sector, providing systems and technical solutions to production facilities. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with mill operations, technical personnel, and decision-makers while driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts to meet sales and order objectives while monitoring receivables and controlling expenses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with superintendents, production managers, and technical personnel at customer facilities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Technical Support to achieve business objectives
• Present value-added products and technical services by analyzing data and delivering reports that support customer decision-making
• Develop account planning strategies with sales management, including determining call frequencies and machine downtime coverage
• Forecast annually for future growth opportunities and maintain accurate customer records for planning and inventory control
• Support product installations, maintain reporting databases, and promptly escalate any product performance issues

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Paper Science, or equivalent sales/industry-related experience
• Demonstrated ability to sell and develop strong customer relationships
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to provide solid technical support to customers and analyze technical data
• Physical capability to climb stairs, walk production floors, kneel, work around equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in warm temperatures and industrial environments
