Manager, Risk Consulting Healthcare Compliance

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare consulting organization seeking a Manager for their Risk Consulting Healthcare Compliance practice. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across the United States who have deep expertise in healthcare revenue integrity and regulatory compliance.

Our client specializes in delivering regulatory, strategy, and operations-focused services to healthcare organizations nationwide. This role will focus on revenue integrity process management, charge capture optimization, and compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes that align with healthcare business requirements and regulatory mandates
• Assess current state workflows and validate future state solutions in collaboration with functional, clinical, and operational teams
• Identify and solve complex business integration challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Evaluate client compliance with state and federal regulations including patient privacy requirements, transparency provisions, and consumer protection laws
• Assess revenue cycle organizational structures and staffing levels based on strategic growth plans and patient activity volume
• Identify opportunities to improve technical adoption across EMR platforms, billing systems, and supporting applications
• Create deliverables collaboratively with client teams and develop training materials for new processes and systems
• Manage and execute project work plans ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to timelines
• Lead and direct support staff, prioritize work tasks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Mentor junior team members in industry best practices for implementation and project management
• Support business development activities with new and existing clients

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of revenue integrity leadership experience with hospitals or large physician groups, ideally in a consulting capacity
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) certification preferred
• Experience with Charge Data Master, Pricing, Coding, and CDI processes including opportunity identification and quantification
• Background designing best practices and managing teams responsible for revenue integrity processes preferred
• Proven experience leading and supervising client service teams
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide up to 60%
