About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-funded AI startup building agentic solutions for small and medium businesses globally. They're seeking a Product Manager, AI based in Hong Kong to work directly with their Chief Product Officer on zero-to-one product development in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This is a hands-on role blending product strategy, operational execution, and direct support to the founding team. You'll shape roadmaps, prototype rapidly, and build the systems that drive adoption and growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps and user stories for seamless customer experiences and market validation
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams in rapid sprint cycles to prototype, test, and ship new capabilities
• Create screencasts and product videos showcasing new features to drive user adoption
• Own elements of product marketing including messaging, demos, and materials that communicate value clearly
• Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and improve retention
• Develop onboarding guides, training resources, and operational playbooks for product usage and team processes
• Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with executive leadership on priorities and KPIs

What We're Looking For

Core qualifications:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data patterns and convert them into actionable product decisions
• Entrepreneurial operator who thrives in ambiguity and can prototype like a founder while coordinating cross-functionally
• Hands-on technical skills including video creation tools, design platforms (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot)
• Ability to create basic prototypes or wireframes to communicate concepts to engineering and design teams
• Deep sense of ownership over outcomes and results
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates, executive presentations, and customer-facing content

Preferred experience:

• Startup or consulting background in product or operations roles
• Track record with zero-to-one product launches
• Experience building playbooks for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems
• Background or strong interest in UI/UX, AI technologies, or software engineering
