About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential eCommerce organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager to join their Berlin-based team. Our client operates across multiple European markets, delivering premium consumer products through a sophisticated direct-to-consumer digital platform.
In this role, you will own end-to-end eCommerce storefront initiatives across international markets, driving measurable improvements in conversion performance and customer experience. You will define product solutions, scope features, and establish success metrics for content-rich customer journeys that reflect a premium brand position. Working with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, analytics, and marketing, you will translate complex product information into clear, compelling digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead eCommerce product initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization, defining scope, requirements, risks, and KPIs
- Conduct product discovery using user research, competitive analysis, usability testing, and customer feedback synthesis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, page concepts, copy drafts, and visual briefs to communicate product vision
- Write detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Manage delivery planning with engineering, coordinating priorities, dependencies, QA processes, releases, and rollout strategies
- Monitor post-launch performance using analytics and A/B testing to drive rapid iterations and continuous storefront optimization
- Structure complex product catalogs into intuitive, attractive page layouts that support conversion goals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience focused on eCommerce products with UX-heavy, content-rich customer journeys
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex product information into clear, simple, and visually appealing pages supported by customer research
- Strong visual sensibility and understanding of premium digital brand experiences
- Ability to independently create wireframes, concepts, and copy drafts
- Solid expertise in conversion rate optimization, analytics, A/B testing, and storefront performance metrics
- Track record of successful collaboration across UX, development, analytics, and marketing functions
- Preferred: Experience with Shopify or similar platforms, high-consideration purchase eCommerce, premium or lifestyle brands, and building scalable product processes
- Location: Berlin-based or willing to relocate; global team collaboration experience valued
