Legal QC Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $60/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Legal QC Specialist to join their operations on a fully remote basis. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with diverse legal document types while maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

Responsibilities

• Create rubrics to grade legal documents that are understandable by non-specialists
• Review processed legal documents against written QC rubrics to ensure correct handling of identifying and sensitive elements
• Flag and categorize defects, escalating ambiguous cases for adjudication
• Work across various document types, including commercial contracts, IP agreements, and tax filings
• Ensure precision and consistency in high-volume review work

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience
• Comfort working across many document types
• Demonstrable precision and consistency on high-volume review work
• Ability to follow and improve written protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managed document review, e-discovery, contract management, or data privacy
