Product Manager – Product Launches

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential premium manufacturing organization with global operations. We are seeking a Product Manager – Product Launches to own end-to-end execution of new product rollouts across international markets including Europe, the US, and Australia. This Frankfurt-based role works with a global team and requires strong cross-functional coordination across multiple time zones.

You will be responsible for turning product development into successful market launches by managing all critical requirements—supplier readiness, technical documentation, inventory positioning, ecommerce configuration, compliance gates, and team enablement—ensuring nothing is missed before go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned product launches across multiple international markets, managing launch plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and go/no-go decisions
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, manufacturing partners, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Content, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, and regional stakeholders to ensure complete launch readiness
• Drive operational readiness by ensuring specifications, installation documentation, certifications, compliance files, pricing, SKUs, product content, translations, imagery, platform setup, inventory, and training materials are accurate and approved
• Define and operate quality gates and launch-readiness processes, coordinating manufacturer testing, field validation, and lab testing; identify risks early and escalate critical issues with clear status reporting to leadership
• Continuously improve launch processes by owning documentation quality, managing SKU transitions and phase-outs, conducting post-launch retrospectives, and reducing rework and post-launch friction

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Project Management, or similar execution-focused roles with product launch or new product introduction experience
• Strong project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and structured reporting skills with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams toward critical deadlines
• Confidence working with physical products, technical specifications, installation manuals, and product documentation with strong attention to detail and quality ownership
• Experience coordinating directly with overseas manufacturing suppliers and working effectively across departments, cultures, and time zones
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Shopify, Zendesk, or Airtable is beneficial
• Proactive and highly accountable mindset: you identify problems early, ask the right questions, follow through to completion, make sound independent decisions, and escalate appropriately when needed
