KI & Management Lehrkraft/Coach (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization launching an innovative AI training program for leaders and project managers. As an AI & Management Coach, you will guide participants through their professional development journey:

• Provide expert answers to learner questions (written and verbal) on AI-supported project management, change management, and tools including Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Deliver and reinforce training content through live kick-off events, peer-learning formats, on-demand mentoring, and individual coaching sessions
• Support leaders and project managers through learning challenges, business case development, stakeholder mapping, and change initiatives
• Evaluate and grade final projects (AI readiness frameworks, change impact briefs) and determine training completion success
• Create, refine, and develop learning materials for AI-enabled project management, knowledge management, and adoption tracking
• Conduct quality assurance on existing training programs and provide feedback to learning teams
• Facilitate individual coaching sessions on leadership topics including leading without authority, stakeholder communication, and change management
• Onboard and support new team members

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in business, project management, or related field (business administration, industrial engineering, organizational psychology) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in project, team, or program leadership, ideally within technical or industrial organizations
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for knowledge workers (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Copilot Studio) in professional settings
• Proven background in change management, stakeholder communication, and business case creation
• Understanding of AI governance topics including EU AI Act, Responsible AI principles, and human-in-the-loop frameworks
• Teaching or training experience delivering leadership and management content to executives and project managers
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and online education methodologies
• Strong customer service orientation, empathy, clear communication skills, and constructive feedback approach
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
