About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization with operations in Poland. Our talent team is seeking a Project Coordinator to support program delivery, team coordination, and process improvement initiatives. This role combines project coordination with people-focused responsibilities, working closely with senior leadership to ensure optimal team performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Resource Managers to ensure smooth project delivery and team performance
- Drive people management activities: monitor team engagement and motivation, conduct one-on-one meetings, provide coaching on people-related matters, and support performance reviews and career development
- Coordinate recruitment processes aligned with business needs
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document decisions and action items
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices
