Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the manager in leading, motivating, and training the team to deliver consistently high standards of service
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, stock management, and health and safety compliance
• Ensure the venue operates efficiently and profitably whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
• Assist with staff rostering, performance management, and day-to-day problem-solving
• Champion Greene King's values and standards across all areas of the business
• Contribute to a positive team culture where staff feel valued and supported

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Familiarity with stock control, cash handling, and basic financial management
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays as required
• A commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards
