Wir vertreten einen wachstumsstarken Mandanten aus dem Fintech-Bereich mit Sitz in München. Gesucht wird ein IT Projekt Manager (m/w/d), der komplexe Softwareprojekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung begleitet und dabei eine zentrale Schnittstellenrolle zwischen Kunden, Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams einnimmt. In den ersten Monaten liegt der Fokus darauf, bestehende Prozesse zu vereinheitlichen und skalierbare Strukturen aufzubauen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte
- Koordination von Ressourcen, Budgets, Zeitplänen und relevanten Stakeholdern
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Consulting, Produktmanagement und Entwicklungsteams
- Aufnahme und Abstimmung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Projektabwicklung
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und agilen Arbeitsweisen zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Projektlandschaft
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Software-, Beratungs- oder Finanzumfeld
- Technisches Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung und Softwarearchitektur
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit technischen und nicht-technischen Ansprechpartnern
- Pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität mit Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
