Responsibilities

• Prepare financial accounting records for companies of various sizes
• Complete tax returns for corporate and individual clients
• Produce annual financial statements for diverse businesses across multiple sectors
• Manage client relationships independently
• Process digital payroll and optimize net compensation structures (optional)
• Handle varied tasks aligned with your professional interests and strengths

What We're Looking For

• Completed professional qualification as a tax specialist (Steuerfachangestellter), accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), or tax consultant (Steuerfachwirt) (m/w/d)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and DATEV software applications
• Enthusiasm for digital workflows and modern accounting tools
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to harmonious team dynamics
• Structured, independent working style
• German language proficiency required for client interaction and documentation
