Consultant, Functional Transformation

Deloitte seeks an experienced Consultant, Functional Transformation to join our Atlanta, Fulton County office and lead transformative initiatives for enterprise clients. As a full-time consultant, you will design and implement sophisticated marketing operations solutions, leveraging your expertise in Adobe Workfront and business process optimization to drive measurable client outcomes.

Position Summary

This Consultant, Functional Transformation role offers the opportunity to make a strategic impact on how Fortune 500 companies and growing enterprises optimize their marketing operations and operational workflows. You'll partner with Deloitte's consulting teams to architect end-to-end transformation programs, serving as both subject matter expert and trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders. Working from our Atlanta office, you will combine technical implementation expertise with consulting acumen to turn complex operational challenges into streamlined, scalable business solutions within the Adobe ecosystem and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive solution architectures that address clients' most critical marketing operations and business process needs
• Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of Adobe Workfront and related technology platforms at enterprise scale
• Conduct business process assessments and translate findings into actionable transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams—including marketing, finance, IT, and operations—to define requirements and manage stakeholder expectations
• Develop and deliver project plans, technical documentation, and change management strategies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of Deloitte's functional transformation practice

What You Bring

• 3+ years of consulting or implementation experience in marketing operations, business process transformation, or enterprise systems deployment
• Deep, hands-on proficiency with Adobe Workfront configuration, workflows, and customization
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex operational requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive adoption in matrixed, fast-paced environments
