Deloitte is seeking a Senior Product Owner for ConvergeHEALTH in Atlanta, Georgia to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of healthcare analytics and AI-powered solutions. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to advance digital health transformation across clinical, financial, and operational domains.

About the Role

As Senior Product Owner within Deloitte's ConvergeHEALTH portfolio, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution of healthcare analytics and AI capabilities. These solutions are built to help healthcare organizations succeed across three critical dimensions: improving clinical outcomes, strengthening operational performance, and optimizing financial results. You'll partner with clinical experts, engineers, designers, and data scientists to build market-leading digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and strategic roadmap for healthcare analytics and AI solutions within ConvergeHEALTH
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to uncover high-impact opportunities across clinical, financial, and operational use cases
• Lead cross-functional product teams including software engineers, data scientists, and UX designers through full product lifecycle
• Manage relationships with healthcare clients, executive stakeholders, and internal Deloitte practice leaders
• Establish product success metrics, monitor adoption and outcomes, and iterate based on customer feedback and market data
• Advocate for user-centered design and best practices in healthcare product management

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of product management, product strategy, or healthcare technology leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of healthcare analytics, data strategy, AI and machine learning applications, or digital health
• Track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory environment, and clinical workflows
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and vision-setting skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, or related field
