About the Role

As a full-time Digital Content Marketing Associate, you'll lead creative initiatives that strengthen Aramark's presence and client relationships across the UTC campus. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with senior leadership, you'll develop and execute the visual and digital strategy for this key account. Your work spans graphic design, video production, photography, and digital content creation—all designed to elevate brand perception and drive customer engagement within the university community.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, infographics, and visual materials for web, print, and social channels
• Shoot, edit, and manage video and photography content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign messaging
• Develop digital content strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns for the University of Tennessee Chattanooga account
• Create social media content, email marketing materials, web graphics, and promotional assets
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain consistent branding and visual storytelling
• Partner with senior leadership to translate account objectives into creative executions and campaign concepts
• Manage client communication and ensure creative deliverables consistently meet or exceed satisfaction expectations
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and design tools to maintain competitive excellence in higher education

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
• Demonstrated ability in photography and video editing, or proven eagerness to develop these skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing visual design work and creative problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency and quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field preferred
