About the Role

As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist at Merck, you'll serve as the clinical and commercial authority for your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver scientific and clinical insights on cardiovascular disease management and treatment options to account teams and healthcare stakeholders
• Serve as the primary clinical contact within your territory, building and maintaining relationships with physicians, system leaders, and care teams
• Partner with account executives and integrated delivery system leaders to develop territory strategies aligned with clinical and commercial objectives
• Support clinical decision-making by sharing evidence-based information on cardiovascular treatments and patient outcomes
• Represent Merck at regional medical events, conferences, and educational forums
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support product development and commercial strategy

What You Bring

• Advanced clinical expertise in cardiovascular disease and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Healthcare professional license or clinical credential
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex clinical science to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and health system leaders
• Experience in a field-based territory management or customer-facing clinical role
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, healthcare delivery, or managed care environments (preferred)
