Customer Service – Self Storage Manager

Core Duties

• Manage facility operations independently, including both indoor and outdoor property areas
• Evaluate customer storage requirements and recommend appropriate unit sizes and solutions
• Sell supplementary products such as packing materials, boxes, and moving supplies
• Conduct routine inspections of storage units and common areas to verify inventory status, cleanliness, and rental readiness
• Process financial transactions, reconcile daily cash registers, and deposit funds according to company procedures
• Maintain accurate records and ensure facility compliance with company standards
