Role Overview

As a Self Storage Manager at Public Storage, you'll be the cornerstone of our Fairhope facility, overseeing all customer interactions, facility management, and leasing operations. Core Duties

• Welcome prospective customers and conduct facility tours, guiding them toward units that meet their storage needs

• Monitor facility cleanliness, security systems, and safety compliance standards
• Collect rent payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
• Document all leasing activity, tenant communications, and facility operations for reporting purposes
• Coordinate with management on performance metrics, occupancy rates, and operational improvements
