Comhar Inc. is hiring an Assistant Program Director for our Outpatient Restoration Long Term Structured Residence in Easton, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting justice-involved individuals throughout their residential treatment and recovery journey.
About the Role
You'll provide clinical and administrative leadership at our residential treatment facility, working alongside a team committed to empowering residents toward self-sufficiency, stability, and successful community reintegration.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily program operations and coordinate among clinical and support staff
- Provide clinical guidance and direct supervision to treatment team members
- Support development and implementation of individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans
- Track resident progress and outcomes against therapeutic goals
- Contribute to staff training, performance management, and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with program licensing, regulations, and standards
- Maintain relationships with community partners and referring agencies
- Gather and report on program data and resident outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health, or a closely related field
- Prior experience in residential treatment, community mental health, or justice system settings
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Strong supervision, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to thrive while managing competing demands and complex clinical situations
- Passion for supporting individuals in recovery and promoting their independence
