Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual sketches and design concepts for lifestyle headwear collections
- Research design trends and consumer preferences in the headwear and fashion markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to refine design direction
- Create technical specifications and detailed design documentation for production teams
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on color, material, and construction choices
- Support the creative process from ideation through product launch
