About the Role

This full-time housekeeping leadership position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence within Bentley Legacy Group's hospitality setting. You'll manage team performance, uphold brand cleanliness standards, and serve as a key leader in the housekeeping department. When the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable, you'll step into that role to ensure seamless operations and consistent service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee housekeeping operations across your designated areas, ensuring room attendants execute cleaning protocols to company standards
• Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to brand expectations
• Mentor and coach room attendants and housekeeping staff members, providing training on techniques, standards, and performance expectations
• Support your team in the field, answering questions and modeling quality execution of cleaning tasks
• Manage daily schedules, workload assignments, and staffing coverage to optimize productivity and maintain service consistency
• Perform housekeeping manager duties during the manager's absence or as operational needs require
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline room availability and resolve maintenance or cleanliness issues
• Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics and team accountability
