About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician, you'll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on high-performance Audi vehicles and other European luxury automobiles. This hands-on technical position demands precision, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship that exceeds both manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Execute comprehensive diagnostic testing and repairs on Audi vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and performance systems
- Perform routine and complex maintenance services following Audi Master Guild protocols and official manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using specialized diagnostic equipment and technical reference materials
- Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors about repair needs and vehicle status
- Document all service work accurately and maintain complete service records
- Stay current with Audi technical bulletins, service updates, and recall procedures
What We're Looking For
- Active Audi Master Guild Technician certification or equivalent advanced Audi factory training
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct hands-on experience repairing Audi and European luxury vehicles
- Proficiency with Audi diagnostic systems and computer-based service technology
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a skilled technical team
- Valid US driver's license and dependable transportation
- ASE Master Technician certification preferred
